1. Ownership of Copyright

All photographs created by the Photographer are protected under the U.S. Copyright Law (Title 17, U.S. Code) or applicable international copyright laws. 2. Client Usage Rights and Licenses

• Personal Use License: Clients may use images for personal, non-commercial purposes, including printing for private use, sharing on personal social media accounts, and displaying at home. The images may not be used for profit, commercial purposes, or edited without the Photographer’s consent.

• Commercial Use License: Clients granted a commercial use license may use the images for business-related purposes, including advertising, websites, and promotional materials, as per the terms of the contract.

3. Prohibited Uses

Without express written permission from the Photographer, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Reselling, licensing, sublicensing, or redistributing images to third parties.

• Claiming authorship or altering the image in any way (e.g., applying filters, cropping, or removing watermarks).

• Using images in any manner deemed harmful, obscene, defamatory, or in violation of any local or international laws.

• Using images beyond the scope of the granted license.

4. Copyright Infringement

Any unauthorized use of the Photographer’s work is considered copyright infringement. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Using the images without the proper license.

• Modifying, reproducing, or displaying the images without consent.

• Selling or distributing images without permission.

Infringement of copyright may result in legal action, including but not limited to:

• A demand for immediate removal of the infringing material.

• A claim for financial compensation (licensing fees, damages, etc.).

• Legal proceedings, where the infringer will be liable for court costs, attorney fees, and any damages awarded.

5. Resolution of Disputes

Any disputes regarding the use of images or claims of infringement will first be addressed through direct communication between the Photographer and the infringing party.
